Our 6000 sq. ft ballroom features exposed wood beams set beneath a 25ft stunning vaulted ceiling with twin glass doors connecting to our 4000 sq. ft gardens. Hundreds of twinkling string lights, and antique chandeliers transform the warehouse and gardens into the perfect “golden hour” event setting . The adjoining Gardens boast natural southern beauty in a private tree lined courtyard, which include fountains creating an ideal romantic atmosphere. Also on premises is our photo ready Bridal Suite, and Groom’s Lounge, Large Bathrooms, and Prep Kitchen. Supposey is a venue re-imagined specifically for weddings. We are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Pensacola. Our Venue is turnkey, setup and ready to go for any event. Acrylic chiavari chairs, long southern dining wood tables, beautiful chandeliers and strung lighting, dance floor with customizable surface style, bar front and cooler, white leather lounge furniture, a stunning classic collection of silk flowers and more are setup for your event in a custom designed layout. We do our setup and breakdown in house based on your custom layout.

The Ballroom transforms with any uplighting, adding mood and dimension.
Every photographer that walks into the ballroom at some point will say “I love all the white!” That is exactly why we chose white for our base color. It can be bright and airy in natural daylight, it glows at dusk for sunset dinners, and it will multiple color projected from uprights and lasers.
INDOOR CEREMONIES
For the rainy day Plan B, or the most elegant of Plan A’s, our ballroom will impress your guests, and create the most dreamy and romantic space for your vows. Many of our brides have fallen in love with the 14ft mirrors atop the stage, or the moody warm chandelier lighting, and have opted to host their ceremony inside the ballroom. Our summer wedding guest surely appreciate the air conditioning too! Our staff handles the FLIP of the ballroom (adjustment of furniture to reception floor plan) during your cocktail hour: Chairs moved to tables, lounges scooted into place, decor rearranged, dance floor repositioned or added, and so much more! Depending on your reception music vendor, we have stage draping available. For bands requiring large setups and early soundcheck, we suggest a full drape of the stage to conceal the band setup. If you opt for a DJ, they are able to FLIP to the stage post ceremony.
The Bridal Suite
Our bridal suite boasts a main level lounge and upstairs loft for the ladies’ day of preparations and beauty team. The glam bar displays 3 large mirrors, outlets, and vanity lighting for the dream “getting ready” room. The in-suite bathroom creates a complete hideaway space for the bride, once the groom arrives onsite.
The suite remains a private bridal space during event.
The Garden Lawn & Grounds
Adjoining the warehouse is a large and sprawling private garden lawn that is lined with trees and displays a large antique bubbling fountain. Olive trees, rosemary, and many other “Old Florida meets Tuscany” style plantings grow lush. Bistro lights are strung across the lawn for the perfect mood lighting to any event. Wrought iron metal work is visible throughout the grounds, like our art deco New Orleans gate leading to the rear garden, and massive ironwork lanterns from Cairo, Egypt.
Groom’s Lounge
Tucked away in the warehouse is a special room dedicated to the groom. This room made specially for our Grooms, is equipped with a bar, mini fridge, games, mirror, and hooks for suit bags. Featuring historic Pensacola maps, and inviting lounge furniture, this room is a great place to get dressed, and hang with the boys. The Groom deserves his own space too!
